Early Childhood Task Forces were developed in the Fall of 2006 in each of the four counties that Partnerships 4 Families serves. The goal of the ECTF is to bring together providers of early childhood services to discuss concerns and work together to better serve the young children and their families in our area. Information from the ECTF’s flows to the Partnerships 4 Families Board and allows local input at the Board level.
